Refund and Return Policy of Quinnmavel

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward 30-day Return and Refund Policy to ensure your shopping experience is hassle-free.

Please carefully read the following guidelines to understand how returns and refunds work.


1. Return Eligibility

We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not fully satisfied, you can return your items for a refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The product must be in new condition and free of any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • Items purchased during a sale or with a promo code are eligible for return, provided they meet the above criteria.

Important Note: Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for used or opened toys.


2. How to Return a Product

If you would like to return a product, please follow these steps:

    Please reach out to our customer service team by email at [email protected] or call our hotline at (919) 552-3763. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  2. Prepare the Item for Return
    Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging, ensuring it is securely wrapped to prevent any damage during shipping. Include all tags, instructions, and accessories that came with the product.

  3. Return Shipping
    Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the item is safely returned to us.

  4. Send the Return Package
    Once you have received the return instructions, please ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. Make sure to include your Return Authorization (RA) number on the return package.


3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return meets the criteria mentioned above, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Please note:

  • Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item, excluding any shipping fees.
  • The refund processing time may take up to 7-10 business days depending on your payment provider.
  • Refunds for gift card purchases or promotional codes will follow the same refund process as regular purchases.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the same process as outlined for returns. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the item of your choice. Unfortunately, we are unable to directly exchange items; all exchanges must be processed as separate purchases.


5. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or call (919) 552-3763. We will provide a prepaid return label for you to return the damaged product at no additional cost.

Once we receive the defective or damaged item, we will offer you the option of a full refund or a replacement (subject to availability). Please retain the original packaging until the issue is resolved.


6. Non-Returnable Items

For reasons of hygiene and safety, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used toys
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Gift cards or promotional items

If an item is marked as “non-returnable” on the product page, it is not eligible for return.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the processing time has passed, please check your bank or credit card statement. If the refund is still not showing, contact your payment provider as processing times may vary.
